Eggs, Bacon, and Sound! That’s right a good balanced breakfast goes a long ways. We recently installed 12 speakers throughout the new First Watch Cafe location on Reynolds Road, in Lexington KY. Contact Platinum Audio/Visual today for your business audio visual needs!
We Pre-wired all of the 12 speaker locations to the managers office. There are three different audio zones controlled by individual volume control knobs.
After everything was wires we then installed the speakers and tuned the system to the customers wants!
We recently installed a small sound system for The Pond Church in Richmond, KY. The church wanted to have the sound system installed on the balcony. Also wanted a sound board capable of recording the services. We installed a 12 channel Soundcraft audio console and installed a 12 channel audio snake for the microphone on the stage. We also installed a new video cable for the projector!

We installed a 110″ acoustical screen with a 7.2 proficient audio speaker system powered by a Yamaha home theater receiver.

The projector is an Epson 4050 4K. This projector was installed into its own custom built shelf inside of the ceiling. This projector has the fans on the front giving it the capabilities of installing it hidden from view. See the picture below to see how we did this!

With this install the customer wanted all of his components to be controlled from one remote. We used the Logitech Elite series remote control. We also synced all of the lights and audio visual system with amazon Alexa.

The 110″ screen is an acoustical screen. What does this mean? It allows the speakers to be placed behind the screen hidden from view, but still allows sound to travel through the screen. As you can see in the picture below we placed three Proficient Audio speakers behind the screen. If you look closely in each corner of the build out you will see black squares, those are Velcro strips. Those Velcro strips attach to the back of the projector screen and secures the screen in place!
The projector screen is looking great by a beautiful gas fireplace with LED accent lighting!

The surround speakers we used are the Proficient Audio in-ceiling speakers that are mounted in the ceiling flush, but the speakers set on a 15 degree angle. This gives the listener a more directed sound to the area wherever they are seated instead of the sound going straight down.

After installing the in-ceiling speakers I adjusted the directional tweeter. This allows for a more directional sound for the listener since they will be seated on a sofa on the floor.

Listen Technologies System Bethel Baptist Church
Check out our recent assisted listening system we installed by Listen Technologies. The system allows members of the church who need an assisted listening device the option to set anywhere inside the church worship area. The system has a 500 ft range using a 72 MHZ frequency. This frequency will not interfere with any existing wireless microphone system.
The system comes with four personal listening wireless packs along with four sets of headphones. You can add up to a total of 10 wireless packs per unit!
